Facebook will no longer continue with its Network Pages feature which is actually a popular feature among its members. The network pages basically allow users of a certain network to see and interact with others with different kinds of data including marketplace listings, wall postings, and statistics on the popular items within the network. The social networking giant suggests that you should use their Groups feature in order to connect with people within your network.
No one can exactly determine which Facebook would undergo such a move because the Network pages are a widely accepted tool for the members. While Groups is great for interacting with other users, the Network Pages is also a great tool because it allows you to see the things that are currently popular in the network.
There are actually many reasons why Facebook needs to retain the feature. In fact, the ability to bring in popular posted content, group, and listing alone is enough because it consolidates everything in one place. It also brings you into contact with people and be updated with what’s going on with their lives.
